Psychotherapy
Adolescence can be a time of big change. For many young people, it brings strong emotions that can feel confusing or overwhelming, alongside opportunities for growth. Every teenager’s journey is unique, and that individuality needs to be honored.
I offer one-to-one therapy sessions where young people have a safe, confidential space to explore who they are, their strengths, vulnerabilities and challenges they may be facing. Because this stage also affects family life, I stay connected with parents and carers, offering guidance and collaboration while holding the young person’s privacy with care.
My work with adolescents uses a blend of creative arts, and talk-based approaches, helping to support healing, resilience, and self-discovery.

Together, we work at the young person’s pace, using a mix of talking, creative approaches, and therapeutic play to support their wellbeing.

Sessions may support with:
- Anxiety, low mood, or stress
- Friendships and peer pressure
- Identity and self-esteem
- Coping with family changes or loss
- Managing emotions and behaviour
